We are committed to supporting our clients even after delivery to ensure long-term satisfaction.
2. Aftercare Support Period
We offer aftercare support within 7 days of delivery for international orders.
During this time, clients may contact us regarding:
- Craftsmanship concerns
- Construction issues
- Fit-related feedback
3. Conditions for Support
To be eligible for aftercare support:
- The garment must be in original condition
- The issue must not be caused by improper use, wear, or external damage
- Customers should provide:
- Clear photos of the garment
- Description of the issue
4. What We Cover
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- Professional guidance for local adjustments
- Tailoring advice from our team
- Repair or remake support in cases of confirmed production issues
Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure the most appropriate solution.
5. What Is Not Covered
Aftercare support does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Natural wear and tear after use
- Alterations made by third parties without prior consultation
- Exposure to unsuitable conditions (excessive heat, humidity, chemicals, etc.)
